398 downtown Palermo there is a press release by Flavia Mantovan and her
exhibition “Mafia Faces”, 20 paintings.
The
exhibition is linked to the Salemi council project to create a Mafia museum in
the castle of Salemi, Sicily.
Flavia
Mantovan who lives and works in New York has painted potraits of some famous
mafia characters including Liggio, Provenzano, Al Capone and Lo Piccolo.
The
exhibition will be opened on Saturday 23rd May at 19:00 in the Salemi castle , Piazza Alicia and
will remain open to the public until 6th June.
