The annual Salemi festival with hand crafted bread as the protaganist. The church altars, squares and shops exhibit their local production. Traditionally the dinners are offered to the poor children, nowadays it is a pleasant trip round Salemi, closed to the traffic. If you are in Sicily come and visit SAlemi.
